Refund Policy
Dad Stretch Club is operated by Ben Jolliffe. We want you to be happy with your membership. This policy explains our refund terms and how to request one.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Dad Stretch Club membership, you can request a full refund of your most recent membership charge within 30 days of that charge, for any reason.
In addition, your first 7 days are always free — you will not be charged anything until the free trial ends.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Dad Stretch Club purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund, or
- Email us at hello@dad-stretch-club.lovable.app and we will help you.
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time from the Manage page linked in your daily text. Cancelling stops future weekly charges. You will keep access to the daily text through the end of the current billing period.
